Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
- Support the HR department in screening CVs and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, reports, and forms.
- Coordinate with the team for onboarding activities and required documentation.
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks such as filing, emails, and data entry.
- Ensure smooth communication between HR, management, and candidates.
- Help organize training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events when required.
The Ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment coordination is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
