Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source potential candidates across Non-IT, Fintech, BFSI, and IT sectors.
- Platform Mastery: Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Monster to find top talent.
- End-to-End Management: Design JDs, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the offer/onboarding process.
- Negotiation: Lead salary and contract negotiations with selected candidates.
- Visa & Work Permit
- Accommodation & Food
- Transportation Expenses
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 30 days.
- Passport: Mandatory.
- Location: Dubai( Open to candidates from anywhere in India)
- Initially will be reporting to Chennai office till Probation
