Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience within our organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and enhance our employee value proposition. We are looking for an individual who can handle a variety of HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations, and offer strategic insights for improvement. You will be expected to facilitate a productive work environment while ensuring compliance with all company policies and employment laws. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the complete recruitment and selection process efficiently.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues and concerns.
  • Plan and facilitate training sessions and professional development programs for employees.
  • Ensure the organization s compliance with employment laws and regulations effectively.
  • Create and manage employee benefit programs tailored to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance management systems strategically.
  • Develop organization-wide policies and procedures while maintaining transparency and fairness.
  • Manage HR information systems to ensure that employees data is accurate and secure.
  • Monitor the organization s culture and work towards maintaining a healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast future hiring needs proactively and accurately.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment laws is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
