Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Lead workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Manage HR documentation, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
Conduct performance appraisals and training programs.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
