Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Executive will act as a strategic HR partner to management, leading HR operations, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives. The role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring legal compliance, and driving a high performance and positive workplace culture.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop, implement, and continuously review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with business goals and UAE labor laws.
Lead recruitment strategy for internal roles and support leadership hiring.
Prepare HR dashboards, analytics, and reports for senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(Master’s or HR certification is an advantage).
2–5+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to strategic HR functions.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven experience in HR policy development, employee engagement, and organizational
development.
