Roles & Responsibilities

HR/Finance Admin Associate- OUTVISE 

Outvise is a Barcelona-based startup founded in 2014, now operating in more than 40 countries worldwide. We are a global marketplace connecting employers with high-end Business & Technology experts, specializing in the Telecom, Technology, and Digital ecosystem. As part of our continued growth in the Middle East, we are looking for a Saudi National HR / Finance Administrator to support our regional operations.


Job location: Riyadh, KSA- Remote       Job Type: Full time


Key Responsibilities

HR & Administration

  • Manage onboarding and employee administration across KSA, Dubai, and Qatar

  • Coordinate and work closely with local providers in KSA, Dubai, and Qatar

  • Support HR initiatives with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

Finance & Accounting

  • Manage payments and collections from clients and consultants, ensuring accurate accounting records

  • Record all accounting transactions, including issued and received invoices

  • Issue, send, and manage client invoices

  • Manage and validate invoices received

  • Reconcile accounts and prepare documentation for monthly closing

  • Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow reports

  • Register payroll and process salary payments

  • Prepare and file VAT returns on a quarterly basis

  • Manage travel expenses

  • Maintain daily control and updates of the Middle East project file


Desired Candidate Profile

Educational & Professional background

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR or Finance Admin

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Time-management and prioritisation skills

  • Proactive approach to supporting HR initiatives. 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
