Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements across functions
  • Draft compelling job descriptions aligned with role expectations and organizational needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and direct headhunting
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including offer rollout and onboarding
  • Build a pipeline of skilled candidates for blue-collar and white-collar roles
  • Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process and timelines
  • Compile and analyze appraisal data before the defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on goal-setting reviews and performance improvement plans
  • Maintain HR records, databases, and trackers with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and dashboards
  • Ensure timely data submission to management and cross-functional teams
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the HR budget including recruitment costs, training, and events
  • Develop and update the organizational chart in coordination with business unit heads
  • Track headcount and maintain alignment with budgeted vs. actual manpower
  • Act as a point of contact for blue-collar employees regarding queries, grievances, and attendance
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies in dealing with workers
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa, medical, and legal documentation of staff
  • Handle disciplinary actions and escalate where necessary
  • Organize employee events, celebrations, awareness drives, and wellness initiatives
  • Support internal communications to build an engaged and motivated workforce
  • Conduct periodic surveys and feedback sessions to improve morale and workplace satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist role, with strong recruitment exposure
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, HRMS tools, and data compilation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (TAT-focused execution)
