Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support daily HR operations and respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and company strategy.
Ensure the company's compliance with all government regulations, including Labor Office and Social Insurance requirements.
Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when required.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role in a multinational or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
