Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary HR contact for assigned business units or departments
- Provide strategic HR advice on organizational development and change management
- Support managers with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results
- Facilitate organizational development projects and process improvements
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures compliance
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
- Participate in workforce planning and forecasting
- Support performance management processes and calibrations
- Facilitate team building and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters
- Report on HR metrics and business impact to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR business partnership or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with organizational development and change management
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics
- Preferred: Experience in organizational development
