Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary HR contact for assigned business units or departments
  • Provide strategic HR advice on organizational development and change management
  • Support managers with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results
  • Facilitate organizational development projects and process improvements
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures compliance
  • Support succession planning and talent management initiatives
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
  • Participate in workforce planning and forecasting
  • Support performance management processes and calibrations
  • Facilitate team building and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters
  • Report on HR metrics and business impact to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR business partnership or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with organizational development and change management
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics
