Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

  • Design, write, and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.

  • Ensure all policies comply with labor laws, industry standards, and organizational goals.

  • Conduct periodic policy audits to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Drive learning and development initiatives, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure policies support them.

  • Lead employee engagement efforts, including surveys, recognition programs, and communication strategies.

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.

  • Develop compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent.

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations.

  • Manage employee relations issues and promote a fair, inclusive work environment.

  • Optimize HR processes and systems (HCM, payroll, employee records).

  • Use data and analytics for decision-making and workforce insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s degree preferred).

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Managment role.

  • Proven track record in strategic HR management, talent development, and organizational change.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Experience with HRIS/HCM systems and data-driven HR management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
