Roles & Responsibilities

  • Write and publish job postings on various channels. 
  • Sort and analyze applications (sourcing, pre-selection).
  • Organize interviews with managers and follow up on applications. Manage employee files (contracts, administrative documents).
  • Prepare the necessary documents for welcoming new employees.
  • Actively participate in the onboarding of new recruits.
  • Manage employee files (contracts, administrative documents, archiving).
  • Track absences, leave and sick leave.
  • Update HR databases (HRIS software, Excel files).
  • Participate in the preparation of administrative documents: attestations, HR letters, certificates, etc.
  • Collect and verify payroll variables (overtime, absences, bonuses, etc.).
  • Keep the legal books and mandatory registers up to date.
  • Participate in updating HR materials: welcome booklet, organizational chart, job descriptions, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR dashboards and ensure monitoring of key indicators.
  • Training in human resources management, social law or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an HR role, ideally in recruitment or personnel administration, would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and knowledge of HR software.
  • Discretion and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Good organization and thoroughness.
  • Sense of organization, rigor, discretion and good interpersonal skills.
