Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees, including documentation, system access, induction scheduling, and compliance checks.
- Liaise with internal teams such as IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure readiness prior to the employee’s start date.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems in line with data accuracy and audit standards. • Assist with visa processing, employment contracts, and trade license validations as required.
- Communicate clearly with new joiners to provide guidance and resolve any queries related to pre-joining formalities.
- Support periodic reviews of onboarding policies and contribute to process improvements.
- Generate onboarding MIS reports and assist in compliance-related documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1–2 years in administrative or backend support roles
- Strong interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, time management, and professional communication.
- Available to join immediately and willing to work on 3 month's contract, extendable as per business requirement.
- Currently in UAE on a sponsored visa
