Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In charge of all payroll, compliance, and HR administration in Morocco, you will also oversee all payroll and compliance activities in the region, coordinating with service providers and local teams. You will ensure data accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with country-specific regulations. You will regularly monitor legal developments to guarantee that HR practices align with local requirements and Group standards.
You manage recruitment for the entire region, from sourcing to onboarding. You coordinate partner agencies, negotiate terms of service, and actively contribute to developing the employer brand in Africa.
You implement and harmonize onboarding processes, support managers in skills development, and conduct annual evaluation and performance campaigns. You play a key role in team retention and are proactive in proposing ways to improve team engagement.
As a true business partner, you advise management and managers on organizational, disciplinary, contractual, and team performance-related matters. You provide expertise and recommendations, while ensuring the application of the Group's HR policies in accordance with local realities.
You will be responsible for deploying the Group's HR policies, tools and processes in the Africa region. You will contribute to cross-functional projects, including the future deployment of the Group's HRIS planned for 2026, and participate in the continuous improvement of internal practices.
Finally, you support the creation of new entities on the continent, by analyzing local regulations, identifying appropriate HR providers and participating in the implementation of administrative and organizational processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-country or international environment. You possess a strong command of payroll, employment law, and HR administration, as well as a good understanding of recruitment and talent development. With a true HR Business Partner approach, you know how to support and advise managers while remaining solution-oriented. Curious, proactive, and autonomous, you thrive in dynamic and multicultural environments and demonstrate an intrapreneurial spirit that fosters initiative and proactive problem-solving.
