Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights on HR-related issues, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Drive change management initiatives to support company growth and a dynamic business environment. - Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Implement effective onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Develop and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and succession planning. - Compensation and Benefits:
Design and manage a competitive compensation and benefits structure.
Ensure compliance with all local and federal labor laws regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Conduct market analysis to ensure salary structures remain competitive within the real estate industry in the UAE. - Employee Relations and Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
Develop and implement employee engagement and wellness programs. - HR Operations and Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and manage the HR Information System (HRIS).
Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws and regulations, including visa and work permit processes.
Manage the HR budget and use data and metrics to improve HR processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or professional certifications like CIPD or SHRM are highly desirable.
- Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience for an HR Manager role.
A minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, for a Head of HR position.
Proven experience working in the real estate or construction industry in the UAE. - Skills:
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
