Current Vacancy

The HR Manager is responsible for developing and executing a full-cycle HR function to
support the growth and operational excellence of the company. The role goes far beyond
administrative tasks it requires deep experience in real estate brokerage HR within the
UAE context, with hands-on involvement in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, retention,
performance management, and culture building.

What We’re Looking For

You’re not just an HR generalist you’re a real estate HR strategist who understands the
aggressive nature of Dubai’s brokerage industry. You know how to spot good agents, how to
retain them, and how to create a system that rewards performance without losing control.
You’re legally sharp, operationally efficient, and people-focused.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Organisational Alignment

Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s vision and

revenue targets.

Establish policies and procedures tailored to the dynamics of UAE real estate

brokerages.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for agents, admins, and management roles.

Source, screen, interview, and onboard agents swiftly and professionally.

Build talent pipelines, especially for high-performing sales brokers.

Reduce turnover by hiring for fit and performance, not just experience.

3. Training & Development

Assess training needs and organise internal and external training: CRM tools, RERA,

sales techniques, soft skills.

Introduce continuous development programmes.

4. Performance Management

Define clear KPIs for real estate agents (calls, meetings, deals closed, revenue).
