Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead recruitment across Egypt and Saudi Arabia for all levels.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian and Saudi labor laws, including Saudization requirements.

Advise management on HR-related legal matters, employment contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and benefits for employees in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Nurture a positive working environment and promote company values and culture.

Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Human Resource in both Egypt & Saudi Arabia
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in both Egypt & Saudi Arabia
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced environment.
