Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure administrative management of personnel (contracts, personnel files, affiliation, absences, leave).
  • Manage legal obligations in labor law and legislation.
  • Actively participate in recruitment: dissemination of advertisements, selection of candidates.
  • Follow professional training: gathering needs, organization, monitoring training.
  • Participate in the processing of payroll.
  • Complete monthly and annual social declarations DAC - DAS.
  • Monitor relations with ANEM and recruitment firms.
  • Ensure the application of HR policies and compliance with labor legislation.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects: quality of life at work, skills development, career management

Skills:

  • Mastery of labor law and current social legislation.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, social declaration (DAC, DAS) and payroll procedures.
  • Experience in monitoring relations with external organizations (e.g. ANEM, CNAS, recruitment firms).
  • Knowledge of HR tools and PC software PAYROLL - T ld declarations - Excel, Word, personnel management tools.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional HR projects (training, career management).
  • Sense of communication, listening, and confidentiality.
