Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law regulations.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive positioning in the market.

Lead organizational change initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management.

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

In-depth understanding of labor law and HR compliance requirements.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
