Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Personnel & Operations:
- Supervise attendance, leaves, overtime, and ensure accurate data for payroll.
- Manage social insurance processes (Form 1, 2, 6) and maintain legal compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation, contracts, renewals, and employee records.
- Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and workers issues.
- Follow up on safety, labor regulations, and factory policies.
HR Tasks (Level in the middle
- Participate in recruitment for workers, staff, and occasionally supervisory/managerial roles.
- Support organizational structure updates and job descriptions.
- Implement a basic performance appraisal system and ensure departmental compliance.
- Contribute to training and development plans for factory teams.
- Improve employee engagement and reduce turnover through HR initiatives.
- Report HR metrics to upper management regularly.
Leadership & Coordination:
- Manage the HR & Personnel team and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as the link between management and employees.
- Participate in strategic discussions related to manpower planning.br>
