Job Description
- Lead and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract, hire, and retain qualified talent.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Supervise HR operations and ensure effective workforce planning and management.
- Report directly to the management team in UAE.
- Align HR practices and initiatives with organizational growth and strategic goals.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in HR with leadership responsibilities.
- Master’s degree in Management or relevant HR certification.
- Preferred industry background in Hotels, Tourism, or Smart Apps.
- Strong capabilities in budgeting, planning, and organizational structuring.
- Experience in HR analytics and data management.
- Knowledge of HR risk management and HR operations leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and digital HR skills.
