Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage and enhance employee relations, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Design and execute performance management systems to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead compensation and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for staff at all levels.
- Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and support continuous improvement in HR processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
