Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage and enhance employee relations, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
  • Design and execute performance management systems to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead compensation and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for staff at all levels.
  • Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and support continuous improvement in HR processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
