Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Establishing the HR System: Design, implement, and manage a complete and integrated HR system from the ground up, covering all functions.
- Organizational Restructuring: Lead and execute comprehensive restructuring initiatives across the company's departments and branches.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement a competitive salary structure and oversee the payroll issuance process for the entire organization (700+ employees).
- Performance Management: Develop, review, and enhance Job Descriptions (JDs) and establish clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles.
- Workforce Management: Effectively manage and oversee a large workforce (700+ employees) dispersed across multiple branches and warehouses.
- Compliance and Operations: Ensure compliance with all Egyptian labor laws and oversee all daily HR operational tasks.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Implement effective recruitment, training, and employee development programs.
- Branch Oversight: Routinely monitor and support HR functions and operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the retail sector.
Demonstrated experience in managing HR functions for multi-branch or large-scale retail operations.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
