Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Design and deliver training & development programs to support employee growth.
  • Partner with management to drive organizational culture and employee engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager (minimum 5 years).
  • Previous experience in real estate companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.
