Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Design and deliver training & development programs to support employee growth.
- Partner with management to drive organizational culture and employee engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an HR Manager (minimum 5 years).
- Previous experience in real estate companies is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.
