Roles & Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Infrastructure Development

  • Design and implement a comprehensive digital HR system for payroll, performance tracking, and employee management.

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Optimize HR systems and tools for automation, analytics, and performance management.

Employee Onboarding & Development

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  • Develop and implement training programs and career development plans to promote continuous learning and growth.

Performance Management

  • Lead the performance management process by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and conducting periodic reviews.

  • Provide coaching and feedback to help improve employee satisfaction and productivity.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee payroll processing, salary reviews, and benefits administration in line with Egyptian labor laws.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee issues promptly.

  • Develop engagement initiatives to boost retention and overall team morale.

HR Operations

  • Manage daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, payroll, and leave management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR generalist.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).

Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR compliance.

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly proactive and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using HR software and digital tools to streamline operations.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
