Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Infrastructure Development
-
Design and implement a comprehensive digital HR system for payroll, performance tracking, and employee management.

Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Optimize HR systems and tools for automation, analytics, and performance management.
Employee Onboarding & Development
-
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Develop and implement training programs and career development plans to promote continuous learning and growth.
Performance Management
-
Lead the performance management process by setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and conducting periodic reviews.

Provide coaching and feedback to help improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
-
Oversee payroll processing, salary reviews, and benefits administration in line with Egyptian labor laws.
Employee Relations & Engagement
-
Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee issues promptly.

Develop engagement initiatives to boost retention and overall team morale.
HR Operations
-
Manage daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, payroll, and leave management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR generalist.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR compliance.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly proactive and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using HR software and digital tools to streamline operations.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
