Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.

Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.

Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement strategies.

Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.

Advise managers and staff on HR best practices and policy interpretation.

Lead HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2 years and up to 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work effectively in an open-office environment.

Experience in training and development is a plus.

Managerial experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities.
