Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all Human Capital functions including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development ensuring full alignment with the company s business strategy and culture. 

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-caliber talent.
  • Design, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Lead performance management and employee development programs.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Supervise training and talent development initiatives that support organizational growth.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Generate HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

???? Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or HR Diploma is a plus).
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, policies, and performance management systems.
  • Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is a strong plus.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
