Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To lead and manage all Human Capital functions including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development ensuring full alignment with the company s business strategy and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-caliber talent.
- Design, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Lead performance management and employee development programs.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Supervise training and talent development initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Generate HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
???? Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or HR Diploma is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Proven experience in HR strategy, policies, and performance management systems.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
