The HR Manager will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a high-performance and compliant work culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives. Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention. Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and succession planning. Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance workforce skills. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
