Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise.
