Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment that reflects the company s values and promotes safety and compliance.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
  • Lead HR projects such as compensation reviews, training, and development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
