Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage full-spectrum HR operations within the electronics manufacturing unit
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for production and support teams
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, electronics manufacturing standards, and statutory requirements
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Drive training, development, and performance management initiatives
- Maintain HRIS records, attendance systems, and coordinate payroll inputs
- Support audits, policy implementation, and organizational development activities
- Promote a positive, safe, and productive work culture on the shop floor
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software
