HR Manager / Head of HR Job Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in multi-branch retail, F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple locations is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems, HR policies, and legal compliance.
