Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.

Manage employee relations and ensure a positive, professional work culture.

Oversee performance appraisal systems and support in setting KPIs.

Develop and coordinate staff training and development programs.

Review, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee benefits.

Prepare periodic HR reports for senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Background in manufacturing or trading companies is a plus (optional).

Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HR software/systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to prepare HR reports and analyze HR data.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Strong decision-making and strategic thinking abilities.

Availability for full-time on-site work.

Ability to coordinate with different departments and handle sensitive matters with maturity.
