Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee & Worker Relations
    • Act as the main HR contact for factory employees and workers.
    • Handle employee concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution.
    • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
    • Support disciplinary actions in coordination with management.
  • Recruitment & Staffing
    • Manage full recruitment cycle for factory positions (workers, supervisors, technicians).
    • Conduct interviews and candidate screening.
    • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Time & Attendance Management
    • Monitor daily attendance, overtime, and absences.
    • Ensure proper implementation of timekeeping systems.
    • Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Labor Law Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with local labor law and company regulations.
    • Support contract preparation and documentation.
    • Follow up on legal requirements related to workers and employees.
  • Problem Solving & Operations Support
    • Resolve operational HR issues quickly and effectively.
    • Work closely with factory management to maintain workforce stability.
    • Support productivity by ensuring proper manpower planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Experience in recruitment and workforce planning.

Good knowledge of time attendance systems.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to deal with both administrative employees and factory workers.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
