Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We’re Hiring: HR Operations Officer � Abu Dhabi | Onsite � Arab Nationals Only � Key Responsibilities: ✨ Manage end-to-end onboarding & offboarding ✨ Handle employee relations and ensure full HR compliance ✨ Maintain accurate HR records, reports & systems ✨ Coordinate closely with PRO, Payroll, Insurance & Finance teams

Desired Candidate Profile

� Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience in the UAE (mandatory)
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
✔ Excellent communication & coordination skills

✔ Hands-on experience with HR systems & MS Office ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
