Job Details :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong HR background with atleast 5 years extensive experience in the UAE.
Wide knowledge of HR processes, procedures and UAE labor laws.
Previous experience in handling payroll of about 300-500 employees.
Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, Payroll systems) is a plus.
Excellent in communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and management.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge in Arabic both read, write and speak is an advantage.
Previous experience in Retail-Supermarket is a plus.
