Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support quality processes and maintain related documentation.
- Assist in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve operations and efficiency.
- Provide general administrative and operational support when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage HR functions within medium-sized companies.
- Background in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in both HR and quality functions is highly preferred.
- Operational experience is a plus.
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
