Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
- Interpret and apply Omani Labour Law and internal HR policies in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Support performance management processes, including training.
- Regulatory requirements, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures when required.
- Support HR reporting and analytics to inform workforce planning and decision-making.
- Contribute to initiatives related to localization and in-country value (ICV) in alignment with national workforce strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a GPA of 2.5 out of 4.
- Recent graduate or up to 3 years of internship/work experience in Human Resources.
- Must be under thirty-five (35) years of age.
- Knowledge of labor laws and basic HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) or digital HR tools is an advantage
