Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
–Manage day-to-day HR operational tasks
–Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
–Maintain employee records and HR databases
–Assist with attendance, reporting, and internal coordination
–Communicate professionally with candidates and employees
–Support recruitment and administrative processes
REQUIREMENTS
–Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
–Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
–Professional and proactive attitude
–Ability to work independently in a remote environment
–Prior HR or operations experience is preferred
