Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:/strong> Manage job and employment application requests, ensuring smooth coordination with hiring teams.
- strong>Onboarding & Compliance:/strong> Oversee pre-employment declarations, occupational health check-ups, and follow-up on missing documents.
- strong>Employee Lifecycle Management:/strong> Maintain accurate records for exits, secondments, and special leave types.
- strong>International Workforce Monitoring:/strong> Track and follow up on documentation for foreign nationals.
- strong>Administrative Coordination:/strong> Handle billing for work-study students and ensure timely reminders and documentation across HR processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
span>- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar administrative HR role.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
