Roles & Responsibilities
Key job responsibilities*Execute straightforward projects related to existing PXT programs with well-defined procedures* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders* Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes* Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications* Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders* Collect and analyze data using descriptive analysis techniques to measure program effectiveness and business outcomes* Transform raw thoughts into clear documentation (project charters, requirements, implementation approaches)
* Ensure the right information reaches the right audience at the right time* Identify roadblocks and drive resolution of problems* Apply project management and business analysis best practices to improve team efficiency* Automate manual, repetitive work to improve scalability
Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of human resources experience- Experience with HR processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
