Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess experience, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with management to schedule final interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Having the knowledge of Zoho people is highly recommended

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably in advertising agencies or event/exhibition companies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work part-time with flexible hours.
