Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with management to schedule final interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Having the knowledge of Zoho people is highly recommended
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably in advertising agencies or event/exhibition companies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work part-time with flexible hours.
