Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment operations for hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely selection of qualified candidates. The role supports mass recruitment, technical hiring, and international talent acquisition, with flexibility to work remotely and willingness to relocate when required.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and global recruitment networks.
- Build talent pipelines for both local and international roles.
- Conduct proactive headhunting for hard-to-fill and technical positions.
Screening & Shortlisting
- Review CVs and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and competency-based assessments.
- Prepare shortlisted candidates and submit profiles to hiring managers with evaluation summaries.
Mass Recruitment & Campaign Hiring
- Handle bulk recruitment drives for construction, technical, operations, and engineering teams.
- Coordinate large-volume interview schedules and candidate flow.
- Manage walk-in interviews, overseas recruitment campaigns, and virtual mass hiring.
Global Recruitment Coordination
- Manage international recruitment processes, including communication with overseas candidates and agencies.
- Coordinate documentation requirements for foreign hires (CV, passport, certificates, compliance documents).
- Maintain updated candidate tracking sheets across multiple countries.
Interview Management
- Schedule and organize interviews (virtual or onsite) between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Support interview panel with candidate evaluation tools and scoring sheets.
Offer Management
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary packages in line with internal salary structures and market competitiveness.
- Track candidate acceptance, joining timelines, and onboarding coordination.
Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, candidate trackers, and hiring progress reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment summaries for HR Manager.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure correct filing of recruitment documents and compliance requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records and support audits as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience
- Experience in construction or technology industry recruitment (mandatory)
- Prior exposure to mass hiring and global recruitment highly preferred.
- Freshers with strong capability and drive may also be considered.
Certifications
- SHRM, CHRA, PRC or any recognized HR certification is an advantage.
- Participation in HR or recruitment-related workshops and online training is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Strong Excel skills for tracking applicants, preparing reports, and basic data analysis.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and global talent mapping.
- Comfortable using remote work tools such as Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms.
- Able to create clear job posts, candidate summaries, and recruitment notes.
