Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are searching for HR Recruiter to join one of our companies RE/MAX Franchise to manage the full recruitment and HR processes.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling diverse hiring needs from BD and sales agents professionals roles while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies for white-collar positions.
  • Maintain and expand talent pipelines for various functions (sales agents, operations & marketing).
  • Manage recruitment ads on social media, online platforms (WUZZUF, LinkedIn, etc.) and offline channels.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, ensuring a cultural and technical fit.
  • Prepare and present recruitment status reports to management.

HR Administration & Support

  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and basic HR documentation for new hires.
  • Support in performance management, attendance tracking, and employee records.
  • Assist in developing HR policies, organization charts, and job descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous Real estate experience is a MUST
  • Min. 2-4 years of HR recruitment experience
  • Strong ability to adapt recruitment strategies to diverse job functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes and Egyptian labor law.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
