Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment for operators, technicians, staff, and supervisory roles.
- Source candidates through portals, agencies, contractors, and local networks.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate with contract labor vendors and ensure compliance.
- Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate and administer personnel activities such as attendance, leave management, and payroll support
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience from 3 to 5 years
- Knowledge of white-collar & blue-collar hiring & labor law basics.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree
