Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and shape effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to craft engaging job postings and create employer branding materials to attract top talent.
Talent Acquisition Cycle: Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
Talent Networking: Actively build and maintain a candidate network through job boards, social media, and industry events to create a robust talent pipeline.
Data Management: Organize and update candidate data in trackers to support efficient recruitment workflows.
Candidate Support: Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience from application to offer acceptance.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve recruitment processes.

- Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-starter attitude with a drive to take initiative and push projects forward; desire to work in other HR functions.
- Interpersonal Strengths: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and candidate interactions.
- Adaptability in Sourcing: Versatile in sourcing candidates, including creative methods across social media and networking events.
- Organizational Savvy: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects and maintain well-organized data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in a related field; Science or Communication major is a plus.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office for accurate record maintenance.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English for professional communication.
Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, job boards, and effective recruitment strategies.
