Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Description:

A Human Resources (HR) Specialist manages every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and briefing of new staff members. They also assist with payroll management so employees receive their paychecks on time .

Qualifications:

  • Diploma degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 2 years Minimum in HR function.

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to solve problems and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Takes a results-oriented approach to problem-solving, identifying and addressing root causes to achieve success.

  • Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools.

  • Very good knowledge of the KSA Government HR related e-portals.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc )

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.

Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
