Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy, Policy Implementation & People Engagement

  • Partner with management to advise on HR policy and support its implementation across departments.
  • Contribute to developing and applying HR frameworks, tools, and processes in alignment with company goals.
  • Provide guidance to managers on organizational policies, employee relations, and legal compliance.
  • Lead the resolution of complex employee relations cases and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee talent management activities, including staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development.
  • Plan and forecast employment needs, ensuring effective resource allocation and succession planning.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Support organization structure updates, job evaluations, and job description reviews.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and accountability.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: HR Expertise & Business Partnership

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing complexity with sound judgment.
  • Fluent in English.
