HRIM Specialist II

Perform HRIM operations, transactions, and data entry to meet the payroll plan.

Participate in the on-going improvements to data integrity and the production of standard HR reporting.

Prepare and distribute monthly, weekly & Ad Hoc reports to HR staff and management.

Assist HR generalist with any HCM data entry issues and respond appropriately to resolve.

participate in the development of HR systems projects & solutions in order to meet the business requirements and HR objectives.

Maintaining, supporting, and documenting employees data on the HR system.

Ensure integrity and security of employee data.

Research, support, and troubleshoot HR system issues.

Supporting all HR systems as the primary focus.

Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Payroll, Finance, IT) in system requirements gathering, development, implementation, testing, use and administration of HR-related systems.

Provide first level support for all end users for HR system.

Perform HR duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Perform a range of routine coordination and activities to comply with the GOSI and Labor Relation Policy

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Good experience in systems implementation and integration.

Good understanding of HR concepts, processes, and procedures.

Possess strong interpersonal skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and follow-through on commitments and deadlines.

Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources.

Good problem solving and communications skills.
