HSE Manager

INTERIMEO

Implement and monitor the company's HSE policy to ensure the safety of people, the prevention of accidents and fires, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance, in accordance with agri-food and industrial requirements.

Health & Safety at Work

• Identify, assess, and control occupational risks (wheat dust, silos, machinery, handling, traffic). Develop and update the single risk assessment document (DUER).
• Define and follow the prevention plan and safety instructions.
• Organize training and awareness sessions for staff on safety and best practices.
• Monitor accidents and incidents, analyze the causes, and propose corrective actions.

Industrial hygiene and food safety

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000 and good hygiene practices (GHP) in all workshops.
• Collaborate with the quality manager for the management of internal and external audits.
• Monitor the cleanliness of production areas, air circuits, and pest management.

Environment & Sustainable Development

• Manage industrial and organic waste, ensuring its proper sorting, storage, and disposal.
• Supervise the management of wastewater, dust, and atmospheric emissions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (DREAL, ICPE, etc. files).
• Promote good energy practices and industrial efficiency.

Fire prevention and emergency management

• Implement and monitor the fire intervention plan (fire extinguishers, alarms, emergency exits).
• Supervise evacuation and rescue drills.
• Ensure the conformity of explosion and spark suppression systems in silos and hoppers.

Reporting and indicators _x000D_

• Implement an HSE dashboard (accidents, audits, training, anomalies).
• Prepare periodic reports for management and authorities if necessary.
• Participate in management reviews on HSE performance.

Managerials:

• Capacity to unite teams around a security culture.
• Rigour, method, and natural authority.
• Good communication and teaching skills with operators_x000D_
• Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines.
• 5-10 years minimum in an industrial environment, ideally in the food industry
• Engineer or degree in HSE, industrial engineering, hygiene and safety, environment, or agri-food.
• Mastery of French, basic knowledge of technical English.
