Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HSE Officer with strong experience in the interior and fit‑out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites, driving a safe working culture, and supporting project execution teams on HSE best practices. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  1. Monitor and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans on fit‑out/interior project sites.

  2. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

  3. Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and company HSE standards.

  4. Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to site teams and subcontractors.

  5. Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.

  6. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as HSE Officer in the interior/fit‑out industry (mandatory).

  2. Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and site safety controls.

  3. NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent HSE certification required.

  4. Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.

  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project sites.
